“Empty” is a 3-lesson small group study, perfect for the Resurrection Celebration Season. This
series takes the perspective of 3 of Jesus followers (Joseph, Mary and Peter), immediately
following the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus. This lesson series is a faith-booster,
teaching believers to see with eyes of faith, testifying that even our “emptiness” can be an
open door for miracles if we put our faith in Jesus!
Lesson 1: “Joseph’s Emptiness” - This lesson highlights the power of faith in action, even
when all seems lost.
Lesson 2: “Mary’s Emptiness” - This lesson highlights the importance of prioritizing faith over
feelings.
Lesson 3: “The Empty Boat” - This lesson highlights the type of faith that leaves the past
behind in favor of following Jesus.
